A lovely little pizza bar! Great garden setting to sit and enjoy your pizza. The pizza is delicious with a nice crisp crust on the bottom. They served it with some spicy sauce on the side that we really enjoyed. So glad we stopped here!

I’m no Dave Portney, but I travel a lot and have eaten a lot of fine pizza. This place is definitely on my Top 5 best ever list. First, the atmosphere is exactly what you would want for a laneway pizza shop cranking out killer wood fired pizza and apparently a wood fired ribeye steak if you tell them the day before. Second, the pizza. Perfect. Salty sourdough crust that’s crispy and chewy in all the right places. Tangy sauce. Quality ingredients. No grease. Just a killer pie. We’re staying at a resort up the road and got rained out of our reservations. But I can tell you that our trip down to the Pizzabar resulted in the best dinner we’ve had all week!
Christine was so welcoming with the entire family there and helping out along with other staff. Great family atmosphere, delicious pizza, abundant choices, and a good selection of liquid refreshments. I had the wood-fired handmade "tossed right in front of you" four cheese pizza with extra mushrooms. Others had the vegetarian and margarita pizzas.
Went a few nights ago, best pizza we’ve had outside of Italy! Wonderful service, will be back! Samples of Sangria to start the evening very tasty. Look for Pancetta the resident stray kitty.
Best pizza in Playa! Wood burning pizza with solid toppings. Cool vibe and good service. Sangria is really good too. Kids got the Margherita. The pic below is the Carnivora which was delicious. Lots of parking but come early as it does get busy.
Organic meat and salad! The best arrachera we have had, ever. They even cooked it perfectly rare as we requested, which is challenging to do with arrachera! The staff was friendly and attentive, the environment relaxing and clean. The owners have put a lot of love and work into the place and it shows.
We LOVED this little gem of a place! We went just craving some pizza and were not disappointed. It was excellent. Some of the best pizza outside of Italy. Really friendly service. Good value for money. We want to go again!
